Lew MacKenzie

Lew MacKenzie agreed to lend us his prestigious name by agreeing to became the National Patron for ICROSS CANADA. Lew was the power behind our receiving our Charity Registration Number from the Canadian Government (not an easy task) . In doing so, ICROSS CANADA became a bona fide Canadian Charitable NGO.

For his work with ICROSS, Lew was awarded the ICROSS CANADA Humanitarian Award by the Mayor and Council of Bracebridge Ontario and was also awarded the prestigious Order of Ontario for his work in support of the poorest of the poor.

Dell Wergland

Dell Wergeland, recipient of the 2001 ICROSS CANADA Humantiarian of the Year Award with ICROSS supporter, Pete Busby

Dell, pictured here with ICROSS supporter Pete Busby, co-ordinates the sending of medical supplies, clothing, hospital equipment etc to the far corners of our globe. She received the award whilst working in the Compassionate Ministeries Warehouse; we could not sent out our containers without her. A very worthy recipient and a wonderful friend to ICROSS CANADA.
